Local project context
Planning a septic system for a Baker property
Baker is a remote I-15 service community in the northeastern Mojave near the lower Amargosa drainage and broad desert fans.
Extreme remoteness, private water and wastewater infrastructure, desert pavement, washes, and variable basin deposits require early access and utility research.
A septic system design should follow the actual buildable footprint and wastewater demand. The home, grading, driveways, utilities, wells, drainage, setbacks, and a future replacement area all affect whether a layout can work.
