For homeowners and owner-builders, services can combine site plans, design-level topographic mapping, grading and drainage, perc testing, OWTS design, utility coordination, permit management, and plan-check responses. The building, structural, energy, fire, survey, and other outside disciplines are coordinated with the appropriate professionals.
