San Bernardino County is Calicore Engineering’s largest service market. Residential work can begin with a vacant parcel or a correction letter and continue through site planning, grading and drainage, perc testing, OWTS design, civil plan preparation, and coordinated permit responses.
The County’s unincorporated areas and its incorporated cities do not all follow the same review path. Calicore identifies the controlling jurisdiction and project-specific submittal needs before defining the engineering scope, then coordinates civil deliverables with architectural, structural, energy, fire, survey, and other professionals when required.
Utility, industrial, and public clients can engage Calicore for corrosion and piping failure investigations, resident engineering, construction inspection, contract administration, and owner-side project management.
