Planning a septic system for a Crest Park property
Crest Park is a small forest neighborhood south of Lake Arrowhead along the mountain highway corridor and should not be confused with Crestline.
Ridge-side slope, shallow rock, old cabin lots, and road access can restrict both exploration and long-term reserve-area placement.
A septic system design should follow the actual buildable footprint and wastewater demand. The home, grading, driveways, utilities, wells, drainage, setbacks, and a future replacement area all affect whether a layout can work.
