Engineering that starts with the place.
Johnson Valley's broad desert setting can make a parcel look simple before access, washes, and the selected building area are examined. Calicore develops the civil scope around the proposed use and the part of the property being improved. Initial work can identify the topographic coverage, access documentation, and existing utility information needed to compare practical site arrangements.
Grading and drainage plans can then be coordinated with a driveway, water supply, and wastewater facilities rather than prepared as disconnected drawings. Recreational traffic and construction access may also affect the layout and staging discussion. Private property, nearby federal recreation land, and military boundaries are distinguished before an agency path is assigned; civil design does not establish a right to cross neighboring land.
