Engineering that starts with the place.
Joshua Tree sites range from open basin ground to washes and boulder-covered slopes. Those settings call for different building-pad, driveway, and drainage solutions. Calicore reviews the proposed footprint and site elevations together, identifying how runoff reaches and leaves the development area and where access or utility routes compete with the usable space around a home or cabin.
A coordinated scope can include site plans, grading and drainage, design-level topographic information, perc testing, and OWTS design where applicable. Existing cabins and proposed changes of use also benefit from reviewing the available permits and wastewater records before adding improvements. County requirements are addressed for the private parcel, with park boundaries and other land constraints kept separate from the developable site.
