Apple Valley includes developed neighborhoods, large residential lots, rocky hills, and open alluvial ground east of the Mojave River. The civil questions change with the parcel: an infill addition may have tight drainage tie-ins, while an outlying home needs a workable arrangement of driveway, pad, water supply, and wastewater facilities. Existing grades should guide that arrangement before the floor elevation is fixed.
Calicore prepares the civil portion of a project with site plans, grading and drainage design, utility coordination, and permit responses. Where onsite wastewater is part of the scope, its testing and layout are coordinated with the Town’s review process. Architectural, structural, boundary-survey, and other specialist work can be identified alongside the civil deliverables so responsibilities are clear.
