Lucerne Valley’s broad basin includes dry-lake margins, fan deposits, and rocky ground toward the surrounding uplands. A large parcel does not necessarily provide an uncomplicated building location: wash crossings, water supply, access, and areas suitable for wastewater disposal can narrow the practical development envelope. Early layout work should connect the proposed improvements to these site conditions.
Calicore helps owners define that envelope before completing grading, drainage, and civil site plans. The scope can combine site reconnaissance, design-level topographic information, percolation work, septic design, and County permit coordination where those services are appropriate. Proposed driveway and building elevations are considered alongside runoff paths and utility routes, with specialist investigations identified when the site needs them.
