Engineering that starts with the place.
Highland spans valley-floor neighborhoods and the fans below the San Bernardino Mountains. On foothill parcels, runoff approaching from uphill ground and changes in slope deserve attention before a new pad or driveway is placed. On developed lots, the challenge may be maintaining existing drainage while accommodating an addition, ADU, or new pavement.
Calicore connects those site conditions to practical civil drawings: proposed elevations, drainage paths, access geometry, and utility coordination. The scope can begin with a feasibility review and continue through grading and drainage plans and civil plan-check responses. Where a wash, mapped flood area, or slope investigation affects the project, the required information is coordinated with the appropriate agency or specialist.
