Engineering that starts with the place.
Muscoy properties can contain a long history of additions, outbuildings, wells, utilities, and onsite wastewater improvements. A civil plan is most useful when it begins with a reliable picture of what is already on the lot. Available clear space, access, existing drainage, and the location of retained improvements can control a new project’s arrangement.
Calicore can review property records and proposed plans, define needed field information, and prepare coordinated site, grading, and drainage documents. For an addition or ADU, the civil and wastewater layouts can be considered together where an onsite system is involved. County review comments are addressed in the context of the entire site rather than as disconnected changes to individual drawings.
