Regional experience
Engineering that starts with the place.
Cadiz projects may involve substantial private holdings, agricultural infrastructure, railroad interfaces, and surrounding public land. The civil scope should be tied to the specific ownership and development footprint rather than the wider locality. Existing water infrastructure, access arrangements, and the relationship between fan and basin ground help frame the initial records and field review.
Calicore can develop civil feasibility concepts, grading and drainage plans, utility layouts, and construction coordination for a defined project. Remote field tasks are planned around the measurements and observations needed for those deliverables. County, landowner, transportation, and other agency interfaces are identified as applicable, with survey or specialist investigations coordinated separately where required.
