Engineering that starts with the place.
Daggett’s rail and Route 66 setting, nearby airport, and relationship to the Mojave River create several potential interfaces for civil work. The relevant issues depend on the parcel, not simply the community name. Existing grades, access, mapped constraints, and utility information help determine how a proposed improvement can fit the site.
Calicore develops civil site plans, grading and drainage details, and permit responses using the available records and field information. Early scope review identifies whether airport, flood-control, road, or railroad coordination is relevant to the property. County review and wastewater planning are considered with the rest of the layout so the building, access, and servicing requirements are addressed together.
