Kramer Junction’s highway-crossroads setting includes scattered development and energy or industrial infrastructure within a broad desert landscape. Access, previously disturbed ground, utility routes, and drainage should be evaluated together before a site layout is finalized. A project’s intended use also influences the amount of pavement, servicing, and construction access that the civil plan must accommodate.
Calicore can prepare civil feasibility layouts, grading and drainage plans, utility coordination, and permit responses for a defined property or facility scope. Parcel location is checked against the nearby county boundary, and transportation or other agency interfaces are identified when relevant. Remote field work is planned around the records and measurements needed to support the design.
