Engineering that starts with the place.
Fort Irwin is a federal military installation, so access, project authority, and installation requirements form part of the engineering scope from the outset. Civil work needs to fit the existing base infrastructure and the contract’s defined design criteria. Ordinary assumptions about County permitting or unrestricted access are not an appropriate starting point for work on the installation.
Calicore can review a specific authorized scope for civil planning, grading and drainage, utility coordination, technical documentation, or construction support. The sponsoring organization or prime contractor should provide the project requirements, available records, access arrangements, and required deliverable standards. Those inputs establish the appropriate role and coordination path before field work or design services are scheduled.
