Engineering that starts with the place.
Baker’s I-15 service setting and remote desert location make access and infrastructure planning central to a practical civil scope. Commercial improvements, existing facilities, and undeveloped parcels may depend on very different water and wastewater arrangements. Building and pavement elevations should be coordinated with desert runoff paths and the available utility connections before the site layout is settled.
Calicore can combine records review and a defined field program with civil site plans, grading and drainage design, and permit coordination. Mobilization is planned around the information needed for design, including site access, existing utility records, and the proposed operating use. County review and any additional infrastructure or agency interfaces are identified as part of the project scope.
