Regional experience
Engineering that starts with the place.
Goffs is a sparse Route 66 and railroad locality near extensive federal desert land. For a private-property project, ownership limits, access, and the proposed construction area need to be clear before field work is planned. Wash crossings and the route to available infrastructure can influence where an improvement is practical, even when the land appears largely undeveloped.
Calicore prepares civil feasibility layouts, grading and drainage plans, and utility or wastewater coordination around a defined scope. Field mobilization can be organized to collect the design information efficiently. County requirements and any federal, road, or railroad interfaces are identified from the actual parcel and proposed work, with separate survey or legal-access questions assigned appropriately.
