Angelus Oaks properties can have a modest building pad surrounded by steep ground and shallow rock. Expanding the usable site affects more than earthwork: driveway access, drainage outlets, and utility routes must still fit the parcel. Calicore studies these connections before turning a preliminary building concept into civil drawings.
The scope can include design-level topographic mapping, a dimensioned site plan, grading and drainage details, and coordination of the supporting geotechnical and structural information. County review and any wastewater-related requirements are identified for the actual property. Field visits are planned around access so the information collected supports the proposed construction rather than a generic mountain-lot layout.
