Wrightwood site planning benefits from looking at surface runoff and subsurface water as separate questions. The community’s mountain setting and documented groundwater concerns mean a dry surface on one visit does not define every site constraint. Calicore coordinates the building area, driveway, drainage, utilities, and any required wastewater work using parcel-specific information.
Services may combine design-level topographic mapping, grading and drainage plans, civil site layouts, and County submittal responses. Where an onsite wastewater scope is needed, field testing and system planning can be coordinated with the broader civil work. Existing reports, observations of seasonal water, and proposed building use help define the right investigation before detailed design.
