Arrowbear Lake projects can combine wooded slopes, small lots, and drainage toward the seasonal lake. The way a driveway crosses those grades matters to both access and runoff. Calicore connects the building concept to the actual terrain, identifying where site elevations and existing improvements need to be documented before detailed civil design.
Work may include site mapping, grading and drainage plans, driveway profiles, and utility coordination. Rock and existing cuts or fills are considered with the appropriate geotechnical information, while retaining or foundation work remains coordinated with structural design. The County also uses the name Arrowbear, so the APN and project location keep the permit package tied to the correct property.
