Crestline’s small and irregular mountain lots make the relationship between the house, road, slope, and neighboring property especially important. An old graded pad may not explain where runoff goes or how a new driveway will meet the street. Calicore starts with existing elevations and improvements so the proposed civil work can be evaluated as a complete layout.
Services can include site feasibility, design-level topographic mapping, grading and drainage drawings, and coordination of utility and access information. Retaining structures and foundation recommendations are incorporated with the appropriate structural and geotechnical input. For unincorporated Crestline parcels, the scope also identifies the County review path and any separate service-provider questions.
