Skyforest’s ridge setting places developed parcels beside steep side slopes and different drainage directions. A revised parking area or building footprint needs to be matched to the terrain and the existing route of runoff. Calicore documents those relationships to develop site-specific grading and civil layouts for the proposed use.
Services include design-level topographic information, site plans, drainage details, driveway or parking elevations, and utility coordination. Residential and commercial scopes are organized around the actual improvement, available reports, and agency comments. County review, structural retaining work, and geotechnical recommendations are coordinated so the design addresses the entire site rather than only the building envelope.
