Twin Peaks properties span ridges, saddles, and drainage slopes, so similar-looking cabins may have very different site conditions. Existing rock, fill, retaining features, and utilities can shape where an addition or driveway can go. Calicore begins with the specific parcel and available records to establish a coordinated civil layout.
The scope can include topographic information for design, grading and drainage drawings, driveway profiles, and civil plan-check responses. Water routing around existing buildings is considered together with the proposed new work. Geotechnical and structural recommendations are incorporated where needed, and the County and service-provider interfaces are identified using the APN and project location.
