Running Springs sits across ridge and saddle terrain where a parcel may drain away on more than one side. The approach from the road can be as important as the building pad, particularly where existing cuts, fills, and rock limit the available grades. Calicore uses site elevations to connect the proposed building, driveway, and drainage into a workable civil concept.
Design services include residential site layouts, grading details, runoff routing, and coordination of utility and construction-access information. Field scheduling accounts for site access and seasonal conditions. County review, service-district questions, and any geotechnical or structural recommendations are assembled around the same proposed plan rather than addressed as disconnected drawings.
