Calicore prepares the civil layout from site information and the proposed use rather than treating each component as a separate footprint.
Work can combine topographic information, grading and drainage plans, access details, and coordination of the onsite wastewater design. The community has specific wastewater-treatment considerations, which are addressed in the relevant design scope rather than assumed from a conventional tank layout. Available well records, prior permits, and agency correspondence help establish the property’s starting conditions.
