Valley of Enchantment’s narrow drainage setting can put homes, access, and concentrated runoff close together. A small bench may offer room for construction while leaving little flexibility for changes at its edges. Calicore studies the existing site geometry and the route water takes through or around the property before preparing the civil plan.
The scope can include design-level mapping, grading details for an addition or replacement improvement, driveway profiles, and drainage-conveyance plans. Existing fill, rock, and retaining features are coordinated with geotechnical and structural input where relevant. County comments and property records help define the work required for the specific parcel, including how it connects to adjoining improvements.
