Engineering that starts with the place.
Sugarloaf’s established cabins and small parcels leave little room to solve access or drainage after a building layout is complete. Existing grades, utilities, and nearby improvements need to be shown together. Calicore evaluates how the proposed work meets the road and surrounding ground before defining the site plan and necessary civil details.
A project scope may include topographic information for design, grading around an addition, driveway and parking elevations, and drainage improvements. Existing retaining and foundation conditions are coordinated with structural and geotechnical input as needed. County review is based on the parcel and proposed work, while utility records help distinguish connection changes from other site improvements.
